A New Kind of Wild is Arriving in Affton This Spring

A new kind of wild is arriving in Affton this spring—and it’s bringing honey, flowers, and a deeper connection to how things are grown, made, and used.

On May 9th from 10am to 2pm, Feral Americana makes its first official market appearance at 9 Mile Garden.

Feral Americana is built on the idea that you don’t have to rely on mass-produced everything. You can grow your own food. You can source what you use. You can know exactly where something came from—because you either made it, or you got it from someone who did. Grown with intention. Made by hand. Sourced with care. The kind of products that don’t just sit on a shelf—but actually get used, worked into your routines, and become part of your day-to-day life.

At the market, you’ll find:

  • Flower and produce plant starts ready to go straight into the ground

  • Local honey—raw, unfiltered, straight from the hive

  • Fresh-cut flower bouquets grown for the season, not shipped across the country

  • Handcrafted bath and body products, made in small batches with functional, natural ingredients

  • Gift baskets built from everything above—practical, thoughtful, and ready to give

Everything is locally made, handcrafted, and small batch, with ingredients and seeds that are sustainably and responsibly sourced.

This first market is the starting point—an introduction to the brand, the products, and the way Feral Americana shows up in the world. It’s a chance to see it in person, ask questions, and take something home that was made with intention from start to finish.
