Experience honey the way it's meant to be: raw, local, and naturally delicious. Harvested from backyard bees in St. Louis, each jar captures the subtle floral notes and rich golden flavor created by our region's unique landscape.

This is a limited-batch, single-origin honey: unprocessed, unheated, and bottled by hand to preserve its natural enzymes, nutrients, and delicate crystalline texture. A true taste of Missouri's late-summer blooms.

Comes in glass jars filled to the brim. 4oz jar featured in image.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes this honey "local"?
Every jar comes from beehives kept in St. Louis backyards. Local means the bees forage on the same neighborhood flowers, trees, and gardens that surround you, giving the honey a flavor that's distinctly of this place.

Why is raw honey sometimes solid or grainy?
Crystallization is completely natural and a sign of quality. Because our honey is never heated or ultra-filtered, the natural sugars gradually form crystals over time. To re-liquefy, set the jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water for 15–20 minutes. It's still perfectly good to eat either way.

What jar sizes are available?
We currently offer 4 oz glass jars (pictured). Check back. Batch sizes vary seasonally and availability is limited.

Can local honey help with seasonal allergies?
This is a popular idea, and we understand the appeal of a delicious remedy! However, current research has not reliably shown that eating local honey prevents or treats seasonal allergies. If you have allergy concerns, please consult your healthcare provider. What we can say: it's a wonderful, naturally produced honey worth enjoying for its own sake.
